Spinach Paratha

Spinach paratha is a delicious Indian flat bread made from spinach, wheat flour and other spices. It is very nutritious and easy to make. Since it can be made fairly quickly it is a very good option for kids school lunch box. This paratha tastes good with ketchup/ plain yogurt or green chutney.
