Palak Paneer

Palak Paneer is a popular North Indian dish made with Spinach and Paneer as its main ingredients. It has a gravy like texture and is bright green in color. The soft Paneer complements the mild taste of Spinach gravy cooked with a blend of spices.

Palak makes this dish rich in Iron. We can eat this dish with Paratha, Naan or Tandoori roti.
