Red Pumpkin Paratha
Red pumpkin is my daughter’s favorite. Normally we eat steamed red pumpkin. One day I wanted to give it in her lunch box. So I have created this recipe. The recipe is simple and quick to prepare especially during the hectic morning schedule.

Red Pumpkin Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Grated Red Pumpkin
- 4 Tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- Fresh Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Mix together grated pumpkin, yogurt, coriander powder, cumin powder, ajwain, red chili powder, turneric powder, fresh coriander leaves, salt.
- Add wheat flour and knead a dough.
- Roll a paratha.
- Roast it on a pan applying oil on both the sides.
