Sweet Corn Bhel
This sweet corn bhel recipe is easy and can be made in a jiffy. You can serve it as a mid time snack to the kids when they get home from school.

Ingredients
- 1 Cob Of Corn (1 Cup Corn)
- 1 Small Onion (1/4th Cup)
- 1 Small Tomato (1/4th Cup)
- 1/4th Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/8th Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
Instructions
- Roast corn on a gas burner.
- Remove all the corn pearls.
- Let the corn cool.
- Finely chop onion and tomato and coriander leaves.
- Mix corn pearls, onion, tomato, chaat masala, red chili powder and coriander leaves.
- Squeeze a lemon just before serving and serve.
Notes
Let the corn cool completely before mixing tomato and onion otherwise the heat from the corn will cook the onion and tomato. In this dish we want the raw taste of onion and tomato.
You can substitute chopped green chilies instead of red chili powder.
