Dahi Bundi

This is one of our favorite side dish. Dahi bundi always goes well as a side dish with spicy dishes. Yogurt cools the palate down and bundi adds crunch. In my family we like the yogurt a little bit on the sweeter side. Chili powder and sugar can be adjusted as per your taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Plain Bundi
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4th Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4th Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat Yogurt till it becomes smooth.
  • Add sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Add chili powder, chaat masala, salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Add bundi. Mix and serve.

Notes

Add bundi just before serving so that it will not become soggy.
Add sugar and red chili powder as per your liking. In my family we like it a little bit on the sweeter side.
