Mediterranean Veggie

Mediterranean veggie sandwich is a refreshing sandwich. This is a healthy meal with a lot of veggies. I have created this recipe using my family’s favorite vegetables. I have also used caramelized onion in this sandwich. Salty Feta cheese, sweet onion and freshly cracked black pepper balances all the tastebuds. You can also use hummus, olives and bell peppers. Ingredients
  

  • 12 Slices Of Bread
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic Butter
  • 100 Gm Feta Cheese
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • Caramelized Onion

Method
 

  1. Slice the cucumber.
  2. Slice the tomatoes.
  3. Spread garlic butter on bread.
  4. Add cracked pepper.
  5. Add crumbled Feta cheese.
  6. Add caramelized onion.
  7. Add cucumber slices.
  8. Add tomato slices.
  9. Add Lettuce.
  10. Add second slice of bread on top.
  11. Cut in half and serve.
