Take the melted ghee, milk , oil in a mixing bowl.
Add 3 eggs and vanilla extract.
Mix well with a whisk or with a electric beater just to combine.
Sieve all purpose flour, custard powder, baking powder, salt, cardamom powder in a separate bowl.
Grate the mawa with smallest grater.
Mix the dry ingrediates, mawa, sugar and wet ingredients just to combine.
Scoop the batter in muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes
Notes
I have used a regular convectional oven. Don't over mix the ingredients as it will be more dense. I have baked cup cakes however you can also bake this cake in 9 inch bake pan. It will take around 30-35 minutes to bake the cake. Insert the toothpick at the center of the cake and if it comes out clean then the cake is done.
