Mix Sooji (Semolina), brown sugar, yogurt, milk. Keep it for 2 hours.
Grate carrot. Chop Walnut.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
After 2 hours, add grated carrot, chopped walnut, unsalted butter, baking soda and cinnamon powder.
Lined the baking pan with unsalted butter.
Add the above batter to the baking pan. Tap the pan 2-3 times.
Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes. Insert the tooth pick at the center of the cake. If it comes out clean then the cake is done. Remove the cake and let it cool then decorate with icing sugar, walnuts and carrot.
