Raw Mango Panha

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cup Raw Mango Pulp (Cooked)
  • 3 Cup Grated Jaggery
  • 3 Tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel 2 (1 kg.) raw mangoes. Add about 1 cup of water and cook it in the pressure cooker (3 Whistles). 
  • Let it cool.
  • Remove the pulp.
  • In a blender add pulp, jaggery and blend it together.
  • Mix cardamom powder.
  • Keep the mixture in an air tight container in the refrigerator. This is a base for the drink.
  • Take about 3 tbsp pulp in the glass and add about 200 ml of water. Mix well and serve. It tastes good when served chilled. This recipe can be prepared as per your liking. You can add water or pulp as you like.
