Instructions
Chop onion, tomatoes, chilies and coriander leaves.
In a bowl crack 2 eggs, add cut onion, tomato, chili, coriander leaves, salt.
Beat it with a hand beater.
In a griddle put 1 tsp oil. When the oil gets hot pour the beaten egg mixture.
Cook it on a low flame till the omelette gets golden brown from both the sides and serve.

This recipe makes 2 omelettes.
