Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1/4th Cup Roasted Unsalted Peanut Powder
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1-2 Green Chilies
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate carrot.
  • Chop tomatoes.
  • Chop green chilies and coriander leaves.
  • Mix carrot, tomatoes, yogurt, roasted unsalted peanut powder, chilies, coriander leaves, sugar, salt.
  • Serve at room temperature.
