Instructions
Soak the dates in hot water for 1 hour.
Deseed the dates.
In a blender mix dates, tamarind pulp, jaggary, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and blend it to a fine puree by gradually adding water.
Notes
I have used store bought ready to use tamarind pulp.
