Indian Style Egg Omelette
This is a simple breakfast dish which has very few ingredients and can be whipped up in no time. The omelette can be eaten as is or with bread and ketchup.

Method
- Chop onion, tomatoes, chilies and coriander leaves.
- In a bowl crack 2 eggs, add cut onion, tomato, chili, coriander leaves, salt.
- Beat it with a hand beater.
- In a griddle put 1 tsp oil. When the oil gets hot pour the beaten egg mixture.
- Cook it on a low flame till the omelette gets golden brown from both the sides and serve.

This recipe makes 2 omelettes.
