Mawa Cake
Everyone in my family loves mawa cake. And the bakery from which we buy the cake is not close to us. So one day after watching a mawa cake recipe on TV, I gave it a try. It tasted good but the taste was a bit different than the bakery one. So I made couple of changes and finally created this recipe. Hope you will also enjoy the cake.

- Grate the mawa with smallest grater.
- Mix the dry ingrediates, mawa, sugar and wet ingredients just to combine.
- Scoop the batter in muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes
Notes
I have used a regular convectional oven. Don’t over mix the ingredients as it will be more dense.
I have baked cup cakes however you can also bake this cake in 9 inch bake pan. It will take around 30-35 minutes to bake the cake. Insert the toothpick at the center of the cake and if it comes out clean then the cake is done.
