Coriander And Mint Chutney

This is a multi purpose chutney. It is is used in chat dishes like Bhel Puri, Pani Puri, Ragada Patice, Shev Puri. The mint and coriander gives a nice fresh taste to many dishes.

  • 4 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Cup Mint Leaves
  • 1-2 Green Chilies
  • 1 Tsp Lemon
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Salt


  • Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
  • In a blender mix coriander and mint leaves, green chili, sugar, salt.
  • Squeeze lemon juice. 
  • Blend everything together by gradually adding water.
