Radish Raita
This is a simple yogurt based radish dish. It can be eaten with Indian flat breads like chapati or can be served as a side dish with vegetable pulav or biryani.

Ingredients
- 1 Medium White Radish
- 1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts ( crushed )
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Green Chili
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Salt
Instructions
- Grate the radish.
- Add crushed peanuts, yogurt, cut green chili, sugar, salt and mix.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Notes
I have used unsalted peanuts in this recipe. If you are using salted peanuts then adjust the salt accordingly.
