Radish Raita

This is a simple yogurt based radish dish. It can be eaten with Indian flat breads like chapati or can be served as a side dish with vegetable pulav or biryani.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Medium White Radish
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts ( crushed )
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Green Chili
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Grate the radish.
  • Add crushed peanuts, yogurt, cut green chili, sugar, salt and mix.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Notes

I have used unsalted peanuts in this recipe. If you are using salted peanuts then adjust the salt accordingly.
