Cucumber Raita

This is a very simple and easy side dish. Cucumber has properties to keep your body cool. This raita goes well with spicy dishes or rice. In the Maharashtrian version of this raita crushed peanuts are added as mentioned in my recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Cucumber
  • 1-2 Green Chilies
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Plain White Yogurt
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop cucumber.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
