Paneer Lal Mirch

Paneer lal mirch contains red pepper flakes which gives a peppery taste to the paneer dish. The gravy is made up of chopped onion and yogurt mixed with a bunch of spices. If you love the taste of red chilies you will definitely like this dish. I have used red pepper flakes to moderately spice up the dish however you can make it hot as per your liking.

Notes

Cook the onions thoroughly. As we are using only onion in this dish, cooking it thoroughly will help turn it into coarse gravy.
