Amras

Amras (Mango Pulp) is a seasonal delicacy in Maharashtra. Amras made from Alphanso magoes tastes best. It is traditionally served with puris. It can also be served with chapaties.

  • 10 Ripened Mangoes

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mangoes. 
  • Remove all the pulp.
  • Remove lumps.
  • You can also freeze the pulp this way in the air tight container to use year around.
