Amras
Amras (Mango Pulp) is a seasonal delicacy in Maharashtra. Amras made from Alphanso magoes tastes best. It is traditionally served with puris. It can also be served with chapaties.

- Peel the mangoes.

- Remove all the pulp.

- Remove lumps.

- You can also freeze the pulp this way in the air tight container to use year around.
