Salsa

This is a restaurant style salsa recipe. It can be made in a jiffy. This dish is served with nachos as a starter. I bet your guests will be really impressed.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Jalapenos
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapenos finely.
  • Mix chopped tomato, onion,  jalapenos, coriander leaves, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix well.
  • With the masher mash the salsa lightly till the everything comes together.
  • Let it stay for 15-20 minutes before serving.
