Hakka Noodle
Hakka Noodles is my daughter’s favorite dish. This dish has lots of vegetables and mushroom. You can adjust amount of chilies in this recipe if you want to make it non spicy for kids. This dish is a good option for kids tiffin as it can be make quickly.

- 1 Packet Of Hakka Noodles (150 Gm.)
- 200 Gm. Button Mushroom
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Spring Onion
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Vegetable Bouillon
- 3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp White Vinegar
- Water
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the noodles as per instructions on the package.
- Wash and pan fry mushrooms using 1 tbsp oil. Fry them on both the sides until almost all the moisture evaporates from them.
- Julian bell peppers, mushrooms. Chop garlic and spring onion.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add chopped garlic, green bell pepper, mushrooms and spring onion. Saute it for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add seasoning cubes and sauté for a minute.
- Add noodles, vinegar and salt. Mix well.
Notes
After cooking the noodles, drain them and spread them on a plate. This way they don’t stick together. Additionally you can also add some oil to it. You can also use carrot and cabbage in this recipe.
