Hakka Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Packet Of Hakka Noodles (150 Gm.)
  • 200 Gm. Button Mushroom
  • 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Spring Onion
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Vegetable Bouillon
  • 3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp White Vinegar
  • Water
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Cook the noodles as per instructions on the package.
  2. Wash and pan fry mushrooms using 1 tbsp oil. Fry them on both the sides until almost all the moisture evaporates from them.
  3. Julian bell peppers, mushrooms. Chop garlic and spring onion.
  4. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add chopped garlic, green bell pepper, mushrooms and spring onion. Saute it for 2 minutes on high flame.
  5. Add seasoning cubes and sauté for a minute. 
  6. Add noodles, vinegar and salt. Mix well.

Notes

After cooking the noodles, drain them and spread them on a plate. This way they don't stick together. Additionally you can also add some oil to it. You can also use carrot and cabbage in this recipe.
