Chili Cheese Toast

This is a simple mid-day snack recipe for kids. It is very tasty and does not require lot of time to prepare. This dish can be served as side dish along with soup. I have used multi grain bread to give it a healthy twist. You can use white or wheat bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Slices Of Bread
  • 4 Slices Of Cheese
  • Chili Flakes
  • Salted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Spread salted butter on bread slices.
  • Grate the cheese. Spread it on the bread slice. Add chili flakes.
  • On a heated tava, toast the bread slices (buttered side down and covered) until the cheese is melted. Serve it hot.
