Tofu Salad

Tofu salad is a side dish which can be prepared in a jiffy. My daughter and me like to eat tofu sprinkled with chaat masala and a dash of lemon juice. This dish I have created to serve as a side dish. Hope you will give it a try.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 Gm Soft Tofu
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper
  • 200 Gm Cherry Tomato
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Chop green peppers and onion into small pieces.
  2. Halves the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Make big pieces of tofu.
  4. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well and serve at room temperature.
