Tofu Salad

Tofu salad is a side dish which can be prepared in a jiffy. My daughter and me like to eat tofu sprinkled with chaat masala and a dash of lemon juice. This dish I have created to serve as a side dish. Hope you will give it a try.

  • 200 Gm Soft Tofu
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper
  • 200 Gm Cherry Tomato
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt


  • Chop green peppers and onion into small pieces.
  • Halves the cherry tomatoes.
  • Make big pieces of tofu.
  • Whisk together oil, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well and serve at room temperature.
