Tofu Salad
Tofu salad is a side dish which can be prepared in a jiffy. My daughter and me like to eat tofu sprinkled with chaat masala and a dash of lemon juice. This dish I have created to serve as a side dish. Hope you will give it a try.
Tofu Salad
Ingredients
- 200 Gm Soft Tofu
- 1 Medium Green Pepper
- 200 Gm Cherry Tomato
- 1 Small Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Chop green peppers and onion into small pieces.
- Halves the cherry tomatoes.
- Make big pieces of tofu.
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well and serve at room temperature.
