Puri
Puri is simply fried puffed dough. Who doesn’t like fried dough. Puries goes well with sweet as well as spicy dishes. In my home we always make puri during festivals and all auspicious occasions. It is integral part of our prasad thali that we offer to God. We eat different sweet dishes for different festivals with puri. Recently I made puri for our new year.
