After 15 minutes knead the dough again and make it smooth.
Make little balls for making puries.
Roll puri.
Fry it in the hot oil. Keep the burner on medium flame.
Fry them from both the sides.
Notes
While making puri try to roll it even. Evenly rolled puries puffed up from both the sides while frying.I have used sunflower oil. You can also use Groundnut oil.
