Roasted Asparagus
This is a simple side dish recipe. You can serve this on the side with sandwich or pasta.

- 1 Bunch Of Asparagus
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Wash and arrange the asparagus on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.
- Sprinkle it with olive oil, black pepper, salt.
- Bake it at 180 C for 15-20 minutes.
