Moong Dal Dosa

This is a very nutritious breakfast recipe. My mother made this dosa one day when she was visiting. Everyone in my family loved it. I started making it for my daughter’s lunch box. Its a time saver during morning rush.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Moong Dal
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 2 Inch Ginger
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak moong dal in the water for 5-6 hours.
  • Wrap it in a kitchen towel and keep it to germinate overnight.
  • Grind the dal, chili, ginger in the mixture. Add salt.
  • Spread batter on the pan and make dosa using oil.

Notes

Green chilies can be used as per liking. The dosa can be eaten with ketchup, coconut coriander chutney or dry garlic chutney.
