Salsa

This is a restaurant style salsa recipe. It can be made in a jiffy. This dish is served with nachos as a starter. I bet your guests will be really impressed.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Jalapenos
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapenos finely.
  2. Mix chopped tomato, onion,  jalapenos, coriander leaves, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix well.
  3. With the masher mash the salsa lightly till the everything comes together.
  4. Let it stay for 15-20 minutes before serving.
