Salsa
This is a restaurant style salsa recipe. It can be made in a jiffy. This dish is served with nachos as a starter. I bet your guests will be really impressed.

- 2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Jalapenos
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Hot Sauce
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Salt
Instructions
- Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapenos finely.
- Mix chopped tomato, onion, jalapenos, coriander leaves, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix well.
- With the masher mash the salsa lightly till the everything comes together.
- Let it stay for 15-20 minutes before serving.
