Mooli (White Radish) ParathaMooli
Mooli (White Radish) has a very pungent smell along with strong taste. Kids are not keen on eating it. But as a mom we have to think about ways to make kids eat their daily vegetable portion. I have created this recipe in which the strong mooli taste is balanced with ajwain seeds. Along with the use of mild spices this paratha tastes yummy. My daughter loves it. Hope your kids enjoy them too.
