Mooli (White Radish) Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 Cup  Grated Mooli (White Radish)
  • 2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Ajwain
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Oil
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, take grated Mooli (White Radish).
  2. Add ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add wheat flour and knead a dough and make small balls.
  4. Roll the paratha using a rolling pin.
  5. Roast it on a flat griddle brushing oil on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
