Chili Cheese Toast
This is a simple mid-day snack recipe for kids. It is very tasty and does not require lot of time to prepare. This dish can be served as side dish along with soup. I have used multi grain bread to give it a healthy twist. You can use white or wheat bread.

Chili Cheese Toast
Ingredients
- 4 Slices Of Bread
- 4 Slices Of Cheese
- Chili Flakes
- Salted Butter
Instructions
- Spread salted butter on bread slices.
- Grate the cheese. Spread it on the bread slice. Add chili flakes.
- On a heated tava, toast the bread slices (buttered side down and covered) until the cheese is melted. Serve it hot.
