Red Chili Chutney
This is multi-purpose chutney. It is used in chat dishes like Bhel Puri, Shev Puri, Ragada patice. This chutney can also be used in pav bhaji. The kashmiri red chilies gives the chutney a vibrant red colour and a distinctive taste.

Ingredients
- 12 Kashmiri Red Chilies
- 15-20 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Salt
Instructions
- In a pot cook the kashmiri red chilies along with water for 15 minutes.
- Peel the garlic cloves.
- In a blender mix kashmiri red chilies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt and make a puree by gradually adding water.
