Roasted Chili Chutney

I have specially created this chutney to be eaten with Sabudana (Sago) Wada. Sabudana wada is generally eaten on fasting days in many parts of Maharashtra. All ingredients used here are allowed during fasting.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Tbsp Crushed Roasted Peanut Powder
  • 6 Tbsp Plain White Yogurt
  • 7-8 Green Chilies
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Roast the green chilies on the burner. Let them cool.
  • Blend it with roasted crushed peanut powder, yogurt, salt.

Notes

I have used the small dark green chilies which are very spicy. You can adjust the heat as per your liking.
