Instructions
Chop green beans finely.
In a pot heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds starts to sputter, add turmeric powder, asafoetida and curry leaves.
Add chop green beans and 1/2 cup water.
Add red chili powder, sugar and salt.
Keep the lid on and cook the beans.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
