Instructions
Soak moong dal in the water for 5-6 hours.
Wrap it in a kitchen towel and keep it to germinate overnight.
Grind the dal, chili, ginger in the mixture. Add salt.
Spread batter on the pan and make dosa using oil.
Notes
Green chilies can be used as per liking. The dosa can be eaten with ketchup,
coconut coriander chutney
or dry garlic chutney.
