Sabudana Wada

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Sabudana (Sago)
  • 4 Boiled Potatoes (3 Cups Grated)
  • 8 Tbsp Roasted Peanut Powder
  • 2 Tsp Crushed Green Chili
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • Oil For Frying
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the sabudana (sago) in water for 5-6 hours. Leave about 1/2 inch water above Sabudana (Sago). 
  • You will notice that after 5-6 hours the sabudana (sago) has absorbed all the water and has puffed.
  • Mix grated potatoes, crushed chili, roasted peanut powder, sugar and salt into soaked sabudana (sago).
  • Make balls about 2 inch diameter.
  • Fry it on medium heat until they are golden brown.

Notes

While making the balls don't press it hard, it will leave the the wadas uncooked in the middle.
