Cook the whole moong dal in the pressure cooker with 1 whistle and add salt.
Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, pani puri masala, black salt, lemon juice, ginger and make a paste adding little water.
Add the remaining water to the chutney.
Assembly:
Take one puri and make a hole to it. Add some potato and moong dal in it. Pour sweet and spicy chutney in the puri and enjoy it before it becomes soggy.
Notes
Assemble the pani puri just before eating it so that you will enjoy crunchy puries. You can add little or more chili as per your liking. The sweet and spicy chutney combined with crunchy filled puri is a mouthful of goodness.
