Cook the noodles as per instructions on the package.
Wash and pan fry mushrooms using 1 tbsp oil. Fry them on both the sides until almost all the moisture evaporates from them.
Julian bell peppers, mushrooms. Chop garlic and spring onion.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Add chopped garlic, green bell pepper, mushrooms and spring onion. Saute it for 2 minutes on high flame.
Add seasoning cubes and sauté for a minute.
Add noodles, vinegar and salt. Mix well.
Notes
After cooking the noodles, drain them and spread them on a plate. This way they don't stick together. Additionally you can also add some oil to it. You can also use carrot and cabbage in this recipe.
