Instructions
In a mixing bowl, take grated Mooli (White Radish).
Add ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt and salt. Mix well.
Add wheat flour and knead a dough and make small balls.
Roll the paratha using a rolling pin.
Roast it on a flat griddle brushing oil on both the sides.
Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
