Instructions
Mix coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, ajwain, plain yogurt, chopped coriander leaves and salt to the grated carrots.
Mix wheat flour.
Knead The dough using water.
Roll the dough using a rolling pin.
Cook it on the tava on medium heat using oil on both sides.
Notes
Use of yogurt while kneading the dough makes a soft paratha. This paratha can be served with ketchup/ Plain yogurt or green chutney.
