Red Pumpkin Raita

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Chopped Pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp Roasted Crushed Unsalted Peanut Powder
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a pot take chopped pumpkin. Add 1 cup water and boil it for 10 minutes or until the pumpkin becomes fork tender.
  • Strain cooked pumpkin. Let it cool.
  • Mash the pumpkin. Add roasted crushed unsalted peanut powder, salt, sugar, chopped green chilies, yogurt and chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and serve.
