Instructions
Wash and finely chop the spinach.
Finely chop onion.
Mix yogurt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, wheat flour and salt to chopped spinach. Knead the dough and make 4 balls.
Roll the paratha using a rolling pin.
Place the paratha on a pan/griddle set over medium heat. Cook it by applying oil on both sides till golden spots appear.
Notes
I have used the red chili powder. Alternatively chopped green chili can be used.
Yogurt makes paratha soft.
