Instructions
Remove peas from the pod.
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When they starts to sputter add asafoetida, turmeric powder.
Add cashews, peas and water.
Saute for 10 minutes on low flame.
Blend together coconut, coriander, green chili, ginger, lemon juice.
Make puree by adding a little water.
Add this puree to the vegetable.
Add sugar, salt. Saute for 5 minutes.
Serve it with chapati.
Notes
I have used only 1 chili. You can adjust the heat as per your liking.
