Mix puffed rice, medium shev, roasted peanuts, chat masala, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, red, green, dates and tamarind chutney.
Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with some fine shev.
Notes
I have used puffed rice and medium shev. You can roast the puffed rice to give it extra crunch. Alternatively you can use ready made dry bhel packet. This recipe does not require measured ingredients. The recipe is accommodating and can be prepared as per ones liking. You can use all the chutneys as per your taste.During summer time, you can find raw (green) mangoes in the market. They can also be used in bhel. They give a nice tangy taste to the bhel.
