Instructions
Boil the potatoes until they are fork tendered.
Cut onion, tomatoes, cucumber into this slices.
Apply butter and green chutney to bread slices. Sprinkle sandwich/ chaat masala. Repeat this process for all the bread slices.
Put onion, cucumber, potato, tomato slices on the bread.
Add cheese slice.
Put another bread slice on top of sandwich. Cut the sandwich and serve it.
Notes
I have used brown bread in this sandwich. White bread or multi-grain bread slices can also be used.
