Dry Fruit Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4th Cup Peeled Pistachio
  • 1/4th Cup Almonds
  • 1/4th Cup Cashews

Method
 

  1. Blend all the ingredients together to make a powder. 

Notes

After blending all the dry fruits in a blender, cool the powder on a plate before keeping it in a container. If the powder is humid while storing it then it gets spoiled fairly quickly.
I make this powder and keep it in air tight container in the freezer.
