Processed Cheese

Instructions
Chop potatoes, onion and garlic.
In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds. When cumin seeds starts to sputter, add asafoetida, turmeric powder.
Add chopped garlic.
Add chopped onion. Saute till they become soft.
Add chopped potato and salt. Mix well.
Remove the topping and let it cool.
Assembly:
Apply butter on one side of pizza base and heat it on the pan.
Remove from the pan.
Apply green chutney on the buttered side.
Spread the topping.
Grate processed cheese on the pizza. Make sure that all the pizza is covered with the cheese.
Grease the pan with the butter and keep the pizza on it.
Cover it with the lid and cook it till the cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
