Instructions
Mix sooji, sugar, milk, yogurt and keep aside for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Add gulkand, softened unsalted butter, baking powder, baking soda.
Whisk to remove all the lumps.
Bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
